Information You Submit
Search boxes send the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not retain those search terms on our servers. A message sent to us contains whatever the sender includes, and we use that information to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service records ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How We Use the Data
Technical and submitted data is used to operate the site, diagnose faults, measure overall traffic, improve content, and respond to messages. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Utah government portals, Utah County offices, courts, libraries, and outside search services. Information entered after leaving this site is controlled by the destination's privacy terms. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described in this policy. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection protects traffic to the site. Server logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation and the purposes stated above. Since there are no visitor accounts, the site stores no account password or user profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted personal data so it can be removed.
Your Utah Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code chapter 13-61, as amended effective July 1, 2026, gives qualifying consumers rights that can include access, correction, deletion of supplied data, portability, and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. Scope and exceptions apply. Use the Contact page for a request concerning data we hold. We can check contact messages and available server logs. Government records held by Utah County or Utah agencies remain under the custodian's law and retention rules; this policy cannot erase them.
